Trading online as Bay Tax Services, the Campbell practice devotes much of its individual work to equity compensation: exercising ISOs and NSOs, the timing of RSU vesting and sales, and the Alternative Minimum Tax exposure that comes with them. Retirement planning sits alongside it — IRA-to-Roth conversions, required minimum distributions, and the taxation of Social Security. Fiduciary work is handled too, with Form 1041 returns for grantor, simple and complex trusts and estates, beneficiary Schedule K-1s and distribution reporting for estate administration.

On the business side the clients are sole proprietors, LLCs, S-corps and partnerships, with quarterly estimated payments and self-employment tax calculated alongside the returns. Monthly bank and credit card reconciliation, profit-and-loss and balance sheet reporting, and QuickBooks setup and cleanup on either Online or Desktop are offered, as is payroll on weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cycles with the related payroll tax filings.
