Bookkeeping here is priced in flat monthly tiers set by transaction volume: $200 a month covers up to 80 transactions with bi-weekly reconciliation and quarterly reporting, $500 covers 300 transactions reconciled daily with monthly reports, and an enterprise tier with unlimited transactions is quoted on application. Payroll runs as an add-on from $50 per pay run, A/R and A/P management from $100 a month, and rebuilding a neglected financial history from $150 per hundred transactions. Tax work is fixed-fee too — $750 for a 1040 with Schedule C, $1,000 for an 1120, 1120S or 1065, each including one state.

Work is done in Xero or QuickBooks, with Gusto among the integrations, and clients migrating from spreadsheets or either platform are promised a cloud-ready account within 24 hours of turnover.
