Monthly bookkeeping is sold in tiers: the smallest covers 50 transactions, two employees and two bank or credit accounts, the largest 200 transactions, ten employees and four accounts, with customized monthly or quarterly arrangements and pricing settled at consultation. Short and long term engagements are both taken. The work runs on QuickBooks Online, and the setup service builds a file from scratch — chart of accounts, vendors, employees, contractors and customers, linked bank accounts and transaction rules — or reconstructs records from bank statements where none exist. Books that have fallen behind get catch-up reconciliations and a review of historical information. E-commerce sellers are a particular focus, where hundreds of transactions a month and sales tax analysis are the recurring problem. Controller work covering financial planning and oversight, revenue analysis and cash flow forecasting is there for clients who want it. Local clients can be seen on site, offsite ones by email, phone and video.
