Alongside tax preparation, bookkeeping and payroll, Lioness Business Solutions runs a round-the-clock telephone answering and dispatch service, covering nights, weekends and holidays for lawyers, contractors, doctors' offices, property managers and tow operators. Notary, insurance and immigration services sit on the same list. Vanessa Rosas-Marquez founded the practice in 2017 after what she puts at more than 15 years in corporate roles running from cashier to accounting manager across small, mid-sized and large businesses; she was born and raised in San Jose and belongs to the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Silicon Valley, volunteering with the Los Banos Animal Shelter and the Los Banos Police VITAL program.

The client base is individuals and small businesses in the Central Valley, the Bay Area and beyond, with team and clients spread across the US. Work can be handled remotely, the office stays open year round, and Spanish is spoken.
