The office stays open across the year rather than for the filing season alone, which means it can carry the bookkeeping and payroll behind a small business as well as the return itself, and stand in for a client through an audit. Notary work is done here too. Though the practice is in Pasadena and the Buenos are licensed to serve taxpayers in Los Angeles County, they prepare returns for any state. Business is conducted in English and Spanish. An affiliated agency, Bueno's Insurance, places personal and commercial coverage for the same clients.
