Nathan Sahraie leads the practice, working with a team of accounting staff on tax preparation and filing, accounting and financial reporting, bookkeeping, payroll and business formation. Support is available in English, Spanish and Farsi. Returns are prepared for both federal and California purposes, with an eye on IRS and Franchise Tax Board requirements, and the client base runs to Sacramento residents, self-employed professionals and small business owners. The bookkeeping side takes in transaction recording, bank and credit card reconciliation, expense categorization and monthly reporting; payroll covers processing and payroll tax filings. Entrepreneurs setting up are guided through entity selection and registration.
