Tax Armour

Before starting Tax Armour Inc., Jesus Humberto Soto spent roughly four years between a tax debt relief company and a tax attorney law firm, filing individual and small business returns and representing tax debt clients before the IRS, the Franchise Tax Board, EDD and CDTFA. That remains the core of the practice: installment agreements, Currently Not Collectible status, Offers in Compromise, lien subordination, and appeals of IRS and state decisions. Planning and return preparation sit alongside it, as does audit work covering risk assessment and regulatory compliance checks.

Soto was raised in Yuba City, took an associate degree there in 2005, then moved to San Jose for a bachelor's in accounting at San Jose State in 2008 and a master's in finance by 2010; he puts his finance experience at more than 18 years. The client base runs to solopreneurs, e-commerce sellers, trades, real estate and consultants.
