Returns are prepared by Jack Bennett himself, rather than passed to staff accountants, and he handles the review meeting and the e-filing that follows too. He founded the practice in 1994 after studying at Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business, and works from a Valencia office with clients across Stevenson Ranch, Newhall and the wider Santa Clarita Valley. The filing work spans Schedule C sole proprietors, multi-member LLCs and partnerships on Form 1065, S- and C-corporations, and fiduciary returns for family trusts, estates and conservatorships; Secretary of State registrations and annual statements are handled alongside.

The advisory side runs to entity selection for new or restructuring businesses, catching up unfiled prior-year returns, EIN registration and setup for new ventures, and the tax treatment of property sales, 1031 exchanges and rental holdings. He is authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS and the California Franchise Tax Board. Documents arrive through the Liscio portal or at the office, and first meetings are a free half hour.
