Sonoma Coast Bookkeeping

Everything here runs through QuickBooks. The work begins with setting the software up properly and training the owner to use it, and continues as monthly bookkeeping — transactions categorized, bank and credit accounts reconciled, profit and loss statements produced on a regular cycle. Support for tax preparation and filing sits alongside that monthly work rather than replacing it.

The practice was founded in 2024, though the person behind it puts years of QuickBooks and financial services work before that. Much of the site is written in the first person singular, which suggests a single practitioner rather than a team. Clients are small businesses, from startups to longer-established companies, and the territory is Sonoma County: Sebastopol outward through Santa Rosa, Petaluma and Healdsburg. A first consultation costs nothing, and new clients are offered $100 off.
