A good deal of the work is collection-side: offers in compromise across all three grounds — doubt as to collectibility, effective tax administration and doubt as to liability — along with streamlined, staggered and Fresh Start installment agreements, penalty reduction, currently-not-collectible status, and the arguments for withdrawing a filed lien, from an IRS processing error to an expired ten-year collection statute.

The rest is the ordinary back office of a small business: incorporations and LLC formations, payroll reporting, QuickBooks setup and training, financial statements, and monthly bookkeeping the firm puts at over a hundred business clients. Less usual for a tax office, immigration consulting and application completion are also offered, fingerprints are rolled under Department of Justice certification, and a notary public works on site. Combined tax experience is given as more than thirteen years.
