An Enrolled Agent on the IRS register with an accounting degree from Sonoma State, she runs a boutique firm in Sonoma County alongside Daniel DeCrona, another Sonoma State accounting graduate whose public and private work has covered medical groups and real estate, and Maria Moreno, who came to the office from hospitality.

Alongside preparation and planning for individuals and businesses, the firm takes IRS resolution work: responding to notices, filing back taxes, offers in compromise and representation before the IRS. Bookkeeping is full charge, extending to general ledger and financial statement preparation, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounting system setup for new businesses, and filings for business licenses, property taxes, sales tax and payroll taxes. Consulting covers entity structure selection, QuickBooks and software implementation, cash flow, budgets and forecasting. Nonprofits, legal and professional services firms and real estate are also on the books. The office is in Santa Rosa, and clients are taken on virtually as well.
