Engagements usually open with a clean-up: reviewing the books, fixing errors and organizing what's there, then standardizing systems and automations before the work settles into a monthly close with reconciliations and reporting. Cash flow forecasting and a regular advisory check-in sit alongside that, together with accounts payable and receivable processing and custom reporting built on key ratios, trend analysis and customer profitability. Fees are fixed monthly and set by value rather than hours, and the average monthly close is put at under eight days.

Jackie leads a team that includes a head of admin and bookkeeping, a lead bookkeeper, two bookkeeping specialists and a ClickUp consultant. The stack is QuickBooks, Xero and ClickUp. Small business work has been the focus since 2017.
