MG Income Tax

The practice dates to 2007 and began in Chula Vista, where it prepared returns for more than ten years before moving to National City. It was founded by George Corpuz, and the family that runs it now continues the business he started. Work is handled in both Spanish and English.

The bulk of it is preparation and filing: personal returns covering W-2 income, investments and deductions; Schedule C filings and estimated payments for self-employed clients; and small business compliance taking in payroll taxes, sales taxes and business deductions, with support offered through the year rather than only at filing season. Corporate returns on Form 1120 are prepared, along with advice on how a business is structured for tax. Estate and gift matters extend to Forms 706 and 709 and to inheritance tax under state rules, and planning is shaped around whether a client files jointly, singly or as head of household.
