Tax returns are prepared by appointment and virtually: documents go in through a secure file-sharing link, a draft comes back for review, and the forms are then signed electronically. Individual and small business returns are the core of the work — C corporations, S corps, LLCs, partnerships and sole proprietors — with long-term tax planning and mid-year forecasting offered alongside. Bookkeeping is supported on the major accounting programs, QuickBooks and Peachtree among them, with accounts prepared quarterly, monthly and annually, and payroll runs from timecard tabulation through to W-2s and 1099s.

The office also works as a Legal Document Assistant, preparing paperwork for bankruptcy, divorce and other family law matters, living trusts and wills, small claims, Social Security disability, deeds and fictitious business name statements. Notary work is available after business hours, and the notary will travel to clients who cannot come in. Apostilles, civil ceremonies and immigration services round out the non-tax side.
