Bookkeeping is the whole of the work here: the practice, which trades as TEVA Bookkeeping Solutions, produces CPA-ready financials for tax season rather than preparing returns itself. Full-cycle work covers payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and bank and credit card reconciliations, run on double-entry method with a dedicated bookkeeper assigned to each client, and CFO advisory sits on top of it — cash flow forecasting, budgeting and profitability planning, board packets. The team is women-owned, works cloud-based and remote, and serves businesses across all fifty states.

One engagement began when a large nonprofit's migration from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online left a disorganized general ledger, misclassified transactions and unposted entries, with in-house accounting staff on leave. Working with the incoming CFO, TEVA rebuilt the ledger and connected QuickBooks Online to Brex, Bill.com, payroll and bank feeds. Law firms are among the clients, one since 2014, and Nichelle Craig leads the team.
