Jessica came to bookkeeping from the other side of the hospitality business \u2014 asset manager for hotels, restaurants and resorts, general manager of luxury hotels and private clubs, executive sommelier, and at one point a restaurant owner herself. She now runs Simply Booked as a virtual bookkeeping practice for small businesses around Truckee and Reno, having passed the Certified Bookkeeper Course and holding AIPB membership.\n\nWhat she takes on is the recurring month: reconciliations, the money going out and the money owed, payroll and sales tax remittance, and reporting on cash flow so an owner knows where things stand.
