That narrowing is the whole proposition: every process, report and recommendation is built around HOAs, and communities are served across the country from a Colorado base, with compliance requirements tracked in all fifty states.

The work is scoped as a single coordinated engagement rather than a menu — GAAP-compliant fund accounting, budgeting, 1099s and tax prep support alongside reserve and capital planning, insurance and legal coordination, and annual meeting logistics down to elections and voting materials. Dual-control safeguards are built in, and Clearview integrates with an association's existing bank arrangements and community manager.
