The practice is a one-principal operation run by Bruce Harvey, an Enrolled Agent, and it trades on its website as B. Harvey & Associates rather than under the Tax Management Group name. Harvey holds a bachelor's degree in finance and an associate's in accounting, went through the Master of Taxation program at UW Milwaukee, and describes more than 30 years in accounting and small-business problem solving. The work splits between individual returns and small-business clients, for whom the practice takes on monthly bookkeeping, payroll processing with the quarterly and annual filings and W-2s, cash-focused financial reporting, and year-round tax planning.

IRS correspondence and problem resolution are handled directly, on the basis of the Enrolled Agent licence to practise in all 50 states. Clients may call with questions at any point without an additional fee. Named service area covers Sheboygan, Sheboygan Falls, Plymouth, Howards Grove and Elkhart Lake.
